E-broderie.com uses UPS, a trusted transport company, to get our products to you.
FREIGHT SERVICES
E-broderie.com uses UPS for the majority of all shipments, large and small. We offer UPS Express services, in UPS terms and conditions of delivery. According to UPS you will receive the products in maximum 3 business days.
FREIGHT CHARGES
The price shown in your shopping cart does not include the shipment and the cover packaging materials. For avoiding errors please contact us and provide the product code, your city, contry and postal code in order for us to custom quote your shipping charges. All of our shipping prices are actual shipping costs plus $3, to cover packaging materials. Regardless of where you receive your shipping quote, you will be charged that amount for shipping and there will be no refunds given based on a misunderstanding of shipping.
TIMEFRAME
E-broderie.com will, unless otherwise noted, take your order every day from the week, but will ship you order within 7 business day (Mon-Fri), if the products are available. If the products are not available, please contact us.
INSURANCE
All shipments made from E-broderie.com are insured for the value of the contents. Please contact E-broderie.com to coordinate efforts and claims against damaged or lost packages. E-broderie.com will not be held liable for any inconvenience caused by lost or damaged packages.
NOTIFICATION
E-broderie.com will email you an UPS tracking number at any time if available!
RETURN POLICY
E-BRODERIE.COM WANTS YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE. HOWEVER, WE UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT WARRANT A RETURN. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY.
RETURNING ITEMS
E-broderie.com will issue a pickup label from UPS for any item that is defective or when we have made a mistake. You will then be refunded your purchase price and shipping for that item. This does not include returns based on a dislike of color or misunderstanding of product descriptions. If you want to make a return because you do not like the color or the product does not meet your needs or for any reason except damage or our mistake, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will not credit you for return shipping or the outbound shipping to send it to you. Be thorough in your shopping to avoid unnecessary returns. Contact us if you have any questions about any product on our site.
CONDITION OF RETURNS
All returns must be in a new or saleable condition. Items that are returned and non-saleable due to use or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. The only exception to this rule is for warranty returns or items damaged in shipping
REFUNDS
All approved returns will be refunded 100% of the purchase price, for the above mentioned condition. However, you will not be reimbursed for any shipping or handling charges unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product or the wrong item being shipped.
TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS
You may return any product for a refund within 10 days of receipt of the product. This time frame begins the day you receive the product and ends the day you ship the product back.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
If you have any questions about making a return please contact E-broderie.com first. Please include all original packaging along with a note explaining the return. All returns must be shipped to:

E-broderie.com will not be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the return freight. You must deal directly with the freight company. E-broderie.com will do its best to cooperate.
REFUNDS
E-broderie.com will process your refund as soon as possible, but please allow up to 20 days to receive your refund. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the mail or by your credit card company. E-broderie.com will refund you in the same manner in which you paid - by credit card. If you have not received your refund after 20 days, please contact us.
